For all appointments, please ring Maria on (02) 9697 9907.
The rooms are open on Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a general questionnaire.
What to bring with you to the appointment
- Your Medicare or Veterans card
- A referral letter from your general practitioner
- Your health insurance information
- The previous x-rays or scans and details of any previous operations
If you're unable to attend please notify the rooms as early as possible so that your appointment can be allocated to another patient.
