After that, Cathy transitioned to practice management, where she is responsible for the operational management and theatre patient coordination for the practice. She ensures high-quality patient care and surgical efficiency, having skillfully led the practice for over 22 years. Cathy has a wealth of experience facilitating patient care and liaising with the hospital, theatres, and other practices. She is always available to assist with appointments, provide surgical quotes, and address any patient inquiries.

Chloe

Senior Receptionist

Chloe brings over 16 years of administration experience, with more than 8 years as a Senior Receptionist in orthopaedics. She is a vital part of the practice, helping everything run smoothly while making patients feel welcome and at ease.

Known for her can-do, positive attitide, Chloe excels at managing appointment scheduling, answering patient questions, and supporting patients throughout their experience with the practice. She is great at finding solutions and is extremely organised. Chloe is always willing to go above and beyond in her role to support both patients and collegues, making her a true asset to the practice. Jeanette brings over 10 years of experience as a secretary and is an integral part of the practice as a receptionist. She works diligently to keep everything organized, from managing appointments and phone calls to handling patient inquiries.
